五、施工注意事项Construction precautions
♦ 产品使用之前，请认真阅读产品使用说明书；
♦ 用批嵌工具进行刮涂施工，推荐干膜厚度：500-1000um，覆涂间隔：最小1h，最大：48h，若超过最大覆涂时间或表面有积灰，建议用砂纸打磨并清洁后再施工。
♦请严格按照比例配制，将A,B组份充分搅拌均匀后，再添加石英砂或滑石粉，再一次充分搅拌均匀后进行使用。
♦ 施工环境温度: 5-35℃，相对湿度：35-85%
♦施工混凝土面养护至PH<10，基材含水率低于10%，露点温度高于3℃为宜
♦ 施工基层处理
混凝土表面：应确保基层表面结实完好、干净，清除基层表面的油污、霉菌、灰尘及其他松散物，使之坚固干燥。
♦施工注意事项：使用之前，先将B组份充分搅拌均匀。
♦严格按照配比进行配制，根据产品的适用期时间，用多少配多少，防止其超过适用期粘度增大，凝胶固化。
♦建议在通风良好的环境处使用，若不慎接触皮肤和眼睛，立即用清水冲洗。
♦施工过程中保持干燥清洁，严禁与水、醇、酸、碱等接触。
♦产品包装及保质期
包装规格 A组份10公斤/桶；B组份10公斤/桶
储存环境温度：5℃—35℃
产品保质期自生产日起并确保未开封的状态下
A组分：12个月 B组分：12个月
确保产品包装密封完好
在阴凉，通风的环境下储存，避免阳光的直射。
♦ Before using the product, please read the product manual carefully;
♦ Use batch insert tools for scraping construction, recommended dry film thickness: 500-1000um, coating interval: minimum 1h, maximum: 48h, if more than the maximum coating time or the surface of the ash, it is recommended to sand and clean after construction.
♦ Please prepare in strict accordance with the proportion, stir the A and B components fully and evenly, then add quartz sand or talc powder, and use after fully stirring again.
♦ Construction environment temperature: 5-35℃, relative humidity: 35-85%
♦ Construction concrete surface maintenance to PH< 10, the moisture content of the substrate is less than 10%, and the dew point temperature is higher than 3℃
♦ Construction base treatment
Concrete surface: Ensure that the base surface is solid and clean, remove oil, mold, dust and other loose matter on the base surface, and make it strong and dry.
♦ Construction precautions: Before use, fully stir the B component.
♦ It is formulated in strict accordance with the ratio, according to the applicable period of the product, how much is used, to prevent the viscosity from increasing beyond the applicable period and the gel curing.
♦ It is recommended to use in a well-ventilated environment. In case of contact with skin and eyes, rinse immediately with water.
♦ Keep dry and clean during the construction process, strictly prohibit contact with water, alcohol, acid, alkali, etc.
♦ Product packaging and shelf life
